Our goal is simple: To ensure that Americans in their Bridge Years have guaranteed access to affordable coverage that is not contingent on health or employment status. Among the policy options we are asking Congress to consider are these:
- Affordable Health Insurance Exchange (HIE) Health Plans
- Employer Incentives: A fully funded reinsurance program
- Low income subsidies for Americans
